We drive towards Kingston, stopping en route to experience a spectacular archipelago made up of over 1,800 picturesque islands straddling the Canadian and US border. Once the mighty peaks of ancient mountains, they give the area a mystical feeling. These evergreen jewels range in size, some house opulent 19th-century summer mansions, some just big enough to host a few trees. The famous Boldt Castle, Zavikon Island, and Millionaire’s Row are only a taste of the adventure on this afternoon’s boat cruise in the heart of the Thousand Islands.<br/>We’ll then continue on to Kingston for the evening, the one-time Canadian capital. With a slew of refined Victorian mansions and limestone architecture, the city has retained a real historical charm which is a pleasure to explore.

We’ll make our way to the wonder of nature, Niagara Falls, where we'll have the chance to see the spectacle of the Falls up close and witness more than 3,000 tons of water tumbling over the Falls each second. Plumes of mist rise for hundreds of metres, engulfing anyone who approaches.<br/>We then head to Niagara-on-the-Lake, one of the best-preserved 19th-century towns in North America. It’s a pleasure to wander along the tree-lined boulevards, through sweeping parkland or browse the quaint antique shops, before heading back to Toronto.
