Oh Europe, you sure know how to put on a music festival! & our latest favourite is Budapest's island take over of Sziget - Island of Freedom. Music, art, performances and forest vibes will have you swooning. To really light up the experience we get the party started in Berlin a few days early, making stops to explore Prague & Vienna before making tracks for Hungary.

  • Kutna Hora: We’ll have some free time to explore the quaint town of Kutná Hora. Looking for an experience you’ll feel in your bones? Don’t miss your chance to check out the local Sedlec Ossuary Chapel – decorated on the inside with 40,000 human skeletons (additional cost applies).
  • Vienna: Buckle up for a scenic drive along the historic Ring Road of Vienna. See St Stephen’s Cathedral and the State Opera House as you go.
  • Vienna: Time to dial up the fun! We'll visit Prater Fair Ground in Vienna's most iconic district. You'll also have the chance to see the Riesenrad - the Giant Ferris Wheel. Entry is free, and you're free to get tickets to any rides you want!
  • Budapest: Visit one of the biggest and most famous festivals in Europe. Your 3-day ticket is included in the cost of the trip, so go ahead and bask in those legendary musical vibes - keeping your eyes peeled for your fave artists too.

It's time to begin dipping south. Though we could kick it in Berlin for months without getting bored, we have a pretty important schedule ahead of us ... #SzigetA drive from Berlin to Prague would not be complete without stopping in Dresden. Destroyed by World War II, the rebuilt town is now a symbol of resilience, soaked in the rebirthed beauty of an Opera house, the domed Frauenkirche, & the Royal Residence.By the afternoon we'll be Czech side, heading to the buzzing capital city of Prague. Always down to explore, we'll waste no time getting acquainted with castles, bridges, gothic cathedrals & general prettiness galore.<br/>

Today you’ll have some free time to bask in Prague’s awesome historic architecture and all-round chilled vibes. Explore all things Kafka, Mozart… and don’t forget to sample the traditional ovocné knedlíky (fruit dumplings), not to mention the legendary Czech beer.<br/>

Just remember, with every great city we leave behind we get a little bit closer to the dream scene that is Sziget. Leaving fine lands has never felt so good! Out of Prague, our first stop is the World Heritage-listed Kutná Hora. Make the local Sedlec Ossuary chapel high priority, it's decked out and furnished in the bones of over 40,000 ... humans. True! Two nights in Vienna will see us getting into a slightly different musical mood than Sziget has in store for us. First, we have a bit of heritage to tap into with the grandeur palace of Schönbrunn, the uber elegant State Opera House and the gothic masterpiece of St. Stephen’s Cathedral. As promised, tonight you have the chance to get into the mood of this trip - just with a slightly different melody - by experiencing Vienna’s musical legacy with a Mozart and Strauss concert in one of the city’s imperial palaces.<br/>

Alright folks, we've well and truly warmed you up. Now the moment we've all been waiting for - our journey to Budapest. We'll kick things off in Budapest with some city sightseeing - think the church of St. Matthias, the Royal Palace and the Chain Bridge too. From there, we'll head to Sziget for an afternoon & evening of utterly iconic festival vibes.
